Africa Operations Director

Veteran MOV-Malawi country leader Pastor Charles Mwase to oversee activities in all countries on the continent of Africa.

Primary responsibility: work with country leaders to provide perspective and leadership over all continental operations. This includes training leaders and teams; facilitating leaders and monitoring conferences and follow-up activities; conducting conferences in countries where MOV does not yet have a lead; identifying and developing new country leaders. Under MOV-USA supervision.
