National Country Leaders - Green Ngusa (Tanzania)
Pastor Green Tizeth Ngusa has served with MOV since 2018, equipping and encouraging men across Tanzania—especially those often overlooked or disengaged from the church. His teaching centers on biblical identity, responsibility, and spiritual leadership.
In 2025, Green led three MOV conferences in local churches and facilitated a gathering for incarcerated men at Ruanda Prison in Mbeya, reaching more than 400 men in a single year. Altogether, his conferences and radio ministry have impacted more than 7,000 men across Tanzania, Uganda, and Rwanda, revealing a deep hunger for truth and godly direction.
Green holds degrees in Bible and Theology from Tanzania Baptist Theological Seminary and the Christian Evangelical Bible Institute. His leadership continues to expand; he was recently appointed chair of the Men’s Department for the Tanzania Baptist Convention. He currently pastors Ilomba Baptist Church in Mbeya, after planting Goshen Baptist Church in the same city.
Green and his wife, Ruth, live in Mbeya with their children—Grey, Grace, Lugano, and Ezra. Their older two have completed their studies, while the younger two continue in university and primary school. Through the challenges of ministry, family, and education, Green and his family continue to trust God’s provision. By His grace, the work advances, and the vision to disciple men keeps growing.
